Is it possible to use the drag 'n drop functionality from redactor also for a TV of type image?
Clients love the fact they don’t have to upload images to different folders to keep the file structure clean.
The upload_path variables handles that for them now 
Now they waht the same ease of use for normal image TV’s. Is that possible?

Redactor doesn’t provide its upload for other parts of MODX, unfortunately.
I think the Image+ TV (available from MODX.com as imageplus) also gives you a bit more configuration as to where images go, and might also have a simpler upload like Redactor.
Alternatively, ContentBlocks also has similar upload handling as Redactor, but that’s a completely different way of building pages in MODX anyway.
