Date selector as layout/field setting

Hi all,

I’m working on a journal kind of thing and want to use layouts for each entry, showing them as a timeline in the front-end. Everything a timeline needs is there in CB, except for a date selector.

Any ideas of how that could be implemented in ContentBlocks? Or does anyone have a few pointers on where to begin if I want to add it myself? Or tips about which date selector to use?

I would probably still do each entry as a single resource. Then you could use a TV or the published on field for the date.
