When using ContentBlocks the first time on existing resources, the existing content is adopted and put in the first block.
Where to rename the headline „Content“ of the first new block to e.g. „Text“, because it’s always a textblock in this project?

Existing content is typically placed in a default rich text field, but that’s configurable. Please refer to Setting up with Existing Content - modmore documentation and check how that matches your configuration, and if needed tweak those system settings to point to a different field.
