Is there a placeholder which outputs the special price with tax included?

Something like:
[[*product_special_price_tax_in_formatted]]

As soon as you set a special price for a product it replaces the regular price. The original price can be access by the absprice placeholders then.

So if a special price is set you will need this:

Original price placeholders:

[[+product.totals.absprice]]
[[+product.totals.absprice_formatted]]
[[+product.totals.absprice_ex_vat]]
[[+product.totals.absprice_ex_vat_formatted]]

Special price placeholders:

[[+product.totals.price]]
[[+product.totals.price_formatted]]
[[+product.totals.price_ex_vat]]
[[+product.totals.price_ex_vat_formatted]]
