Could it be possible to set the starting time for the event’s time selector ?
Because by default, it’s starting at 0:00 and in my usecase, I always have to scroll a lot to find my daily wishly hour.
So a new setting key like agenda.manager_starting_time could be used for any usecase 
I have added this as feature request.
