Select multiple images in gallery input field?

Hi,
is there a way to select multiple images at once in a gallery input field? When I try it using shift-click, only one of the selected images ends up being chosen.
This post from 2016 mentions that choosing multiple images is only possible on upload, has this changed since back then?

Apologies for the late response, this seems to have flown under my radar.

Do you mean when using the “Choose” button? My understanding is this previously wasn’t possible due to the media browser, but I think this may have changed with MODX 3. I’m adding an issue to our internal tracker to investigate. Thanks for highlighting it! :pray:
