I have a strange issue. If I rebuild the content, not all pages will be updated properly. Some will be ignored, but no error is shown. I need to edit and save the page to rebuild.

If you look at the rebuild log for the page in question, what does it say about the page?

Do you have any limitations set up, like only enabling CB on specific templates or resource types?
