it’s possible to add a selection of class to apply to a <a href="" class=""> when insert a link?
I tried with custom formatting but isn’t working.
Do you have any suggestions?

If you enable the redactor.advAttrib setting, that will allow you to type in a class name on a link when adding or editing it. Currently that doesn’t allow you to select one from a dropdown, but that’s a feature request we’ve already got filed.
