Impossible to set price for a product (invisible fields)

For a new project, I set Commerce by following docs, and I have an issue when I try to set the price of a product. The fields are not showing :

A have triple check the Commerce configuration, and even if I have correctly set the Group tax and one tax rule :

the only strange thing I see is the tax rates table which is empty :

I don’t know if this is significant or if the problem is coming from another way…

I’m using Commerce 1.11.0-rc3

That’s odd. What modules do you have active?
