Do you think it is possible to create custom field for Image Map?
or is it already implemented?

I’ve used a repeater to build something like an image map before; this block on the ContentBlocks page actually for adding points of interest to a page:
That’s not entirely the same as an image map, but the basic concepts are; choosing a position (or area) to click. Looks like this in the back-end:
Here’s an export of that field you can import into your site:
