Does the default layout have to be Full Width. I tried changing sort order so Single Col was 0 but that had no effect. In situations where a client is creating a new page on a BS or F responsive site single column in most cases will always be the desired default.
No it doesn’t have full width. You just need to set it via the settings instead of the sort order, or with default templates if you want to include standard fields too.
