I use Bootstrap on most websites, one issue I am having is video embeds in redactor are automatically wrapped with figure however Bootstrap needs them to be wrapped in a div with their own classes to be responsive. Is there a way to control this?

At the moment it’s not possible to control that. I do recall having recently sent a feature request to Imperavi to allow the video embed code to be made configurable (perhaps you also sent in this request via email and I responded to that?), so it’s on their radar.
It’s not possible for me to adjust this behavior from a custom plugin, but when they implement it in redactor.js I can then add it into the configurator for you.
