'Upload' trigger on file upload

I have a plugin that runs OnFileManagerUpload and evidence show that this isn’t triggering on a drag/drop file upload in ContentBlocks (File Link input type).

Is there a way to trigger a plugin based on an upload being done through CB’s mechanisms?

I can’t delete this topic so for those that find this later, OnFileManagerUpload is fired during uploads from this block.
