Is there a way to disable fields drag and drop in contentblocks?

I need the layout the be fixed, I already disabled add layout and add content buttons but I also need to disable fields drag and drop.

There’s not really a way for that. If you have a truly fixed layout, you could use a repeater limited to 1 item and place it all in there. They wont be able of reordering fields in there.
