If i Rebuild content in contentblocks, there is a red sentence in the log. I could not find that input yet.
Neither can ContentBlocks. 
Perhaps a field was removed while it was still in use. The error message refers to the ID of the field used in the content. Based on the log, it looks like the reference would have been in resource 3 “Over”.

That was the case. probably i did remove a field. I removed the block from page. The rebuild log clean. Thnx.
